Advisory Formats
Three ways to work with Northmere
Each format is designed for a different stage of planning. Choose the one that fits where your company stands today — or begin a conversation and we will help you decide.

How we approach each engagement
Every engagement at Northmere begins with a structured intake conversation — a short session in which we understand your company's background, your current stage of planning, and what a useful output looks like for your team.
From there, the advisory work follows a defined process specific to the format. We produce written materials at every stage and present findings in focused sessions rather than extended presentations. The goal is to reach a clear, actionable output efficiently — not to extend the engagement beyond what is genuinely useful.
We operate in English throughout. All written deliverables are in English, and sessions are conducted in English. Where Thai-language materials or contacts are relevant, we provide context and introductions directly.
Intake conversation
We learn about your company, your planning stage, and what you need from the engagement before scope is confirmed.
Scope and timetable agreed in writing
The parameters of the engagement — what is included, what is not, and when the deliverable will be ready — are agreed before work begins.
Advisory work and sessions
The responsible advisor conducts the research, analysis, or advisory sessions appropriate to the format.
Written deliverable
The engagement concludes with the agreed written output — briefing pack, options matrix, or entry plan — handed over in full.

Professional Standards
How we maintain consistency across every engagement
Client confidentiality
All client information is held in confidence. Company plans, financial considerations, and strategic discussions are not referenced in other engagements or published materials.
Written scope, always
The scope, timetable, and deliverables of every engagement are agreed in writing before work begins, reducing ambiguity and protecting both parties.
No overreach
We operate within our defined scope: commercial and operational advisory. We do not provide legal, tax, or financial services advice, and we are clear about this distinction throughout.
Quality review before delivery
Written deliverables are reviewed internally before being sent to clients. We do not treat the first draft as the final product.
Prompt follow-up communication
Session notes are sent within 48 hours. Client questions receive a considered response within one working day where the matter is within our scope.
Consistent senior involvement
The advisor who scopes and agrees an engagement remains the primary point of contact throughout. Work is not delegated to junior staff after scope is confirmed.
